Why hire a bartender?
If you are hosting a party or planning an event, there are many reasons for you to consider hiring a professional bartender to manage your beverages.
As a host you have many things to take care of, so let the professionals take that out of your hands and give you one less thing to worry about.
Another great reason to hire a professional bartender is to impress your guest by having a well organized event.
Your guests will be more than satisfied with their drinks because the bartenders are trained to know different drinks as well as appropriate measurements.
The bartender will also keep the bar area cleaned and organized instead of having a mess of bottles strewed across the counter.
Have you ever hosted a party and ran out of alcohol? This is one of the worst things that could happen at an event. By having a bartender at your party, they can regulate the amount of alcohol used in each drink, as well as keep track of what is being used the most and what is about to run out.
How Many bartenders do i need?
The more guests at an event, the more bartenders will be needed to efficiently provide beverages. A bartender to guest ratio of 1 to 50 will usually provide efficient service depending upon whether it is beer, wine, soft drink service or full bar service. More complex drink menus will also affect costs. More bartenders may be needed to adequately serve crowds when they’re mixing cocktails that require more time per drink to assemble than pouring wine/beer or mixing a basic drink.
50 Guests — 1 Bartender, 1 Barback
50 - 75 Guests — 1 - 2 Bartenders, 1 Barback
